The MKS Instruments 247D is a versatile 4-channel power supply and digital readout designed to power and control both analog flow meters and mass flow controllers (MFCs). It provides ±15 VDC power, precise flow monitoring, and adjustable set points for gas delivery systems.  Features of the 247D Four-Channel Control: Enables sequential monitoring and adjustment of up to four separate mass flow controllers. Set Point Adjustment: Flow rate targets can be set locally via the front panel or remotely using the rear analog interface. Gas Correction: Features a built-in gas correction potentiometer to adapt to different gas types. Displays: Features a bright 3.5-digit LED screen for clear, sequential readings of channel outputs The MKS Instruments 247D has been powered on. The 247D and The 3 Flow Controllers have not been tested further. The 247D and Flow Controllers come with everything that has been documented within the included photos and nothing more.
