Item being sold is a total of one modular double wide office space, Two single wide 12' Width x 40' length sections to make one. Each section is on blocks with no axles underneath frame .Each section has a trailer tongue not installed. The electrical will be disconnected before pick up. Has a 100 amp electrical panel single phase ,Has a wall mount bard a/c unit with electric heat strips. Would recommend an appointment to do an inspection before bidding on item working conditions are unknown. Please understand buyer is responsible of professionally moving item from location which is located at (King ,NC 27021). Will need to work around the Schools schedule to move item near a paved parking lot with road access to move. Buyer shall make all arrangements and perform all work necessary including packing, loading ,needed permits and removal of all and any items awarded to them. Buyer must bring a valid drivers license for title work.
