You are bidding on a Used: Modular Trailer (221687 DC: DOT) Operational, mechanical and cosmetic conditions may exist and are unknown. May have visible wear and tear on all items. Parts may be missing and or inoperable. -1 each: Modular Trailer Mobile Trailer Inspection Questions o Is the structure connected or affixed to the ground? Structure is sitting on blocks the same as a mobile home.  If so, will it be disconnected prior to buyer removal? Buyer will be responsible for all items associated with removal. o Disconnect it from any utilities (lights, water, gas).  It will be the agency’s responsibility to make sure any physically connected services (i.e., electric lines or phones line) are DISCONNECTED from the trailer. Power service has been disconnected from meter and water was provided from local well that is not in use. o Are there any a/c or heating units attached to the classroom? Yes  If so, will they be removed prior to buyer pick up or are they included with the disposal? Affixed to trailer and are included. o Are there any windows? Yes o Are any broken or in a condition that require repair? No visual signs of broken glass or repair needed. o How many doors are there? Two  Do all of them have keys? No  If not, keys will need to be obtained prior to being posted for auction. Keys unknown but one door can be accessed o If there is a ramp to the door, will it be included? Yes there is a ramp and steps that are included.  If not, it should be removed. o Is the classroom vacant? Yes  If not, remove the furniture or it will need to be inventoried and entered for disposal also. o Mobile Home hitch will have to be installed. Was removed and stored under trailer.  Will the buyer need to remove it from blocks? Yes  Is it on wheels? It has two axles with wheels but tires are bad and will need to be replaced  If so, are those tires in a condition that makes the classroom towable? No  Buyer will need to review the trailer for any equipment and removal needs o Photos showing all sides (front, back and both sides) as well as all interior spaces will be needed. o What is the condition of the flooring? One soft spot in bathroom but otherwise visually looks sound. o Are there any defects in the building? (holes in the roof, sides, or flooring) Normal weather damage around door molding, some siding/underpin wear noticed. o What days/times are available for inspection? o What days/times are available for removal by buyer? All removal is responsibility of the buyer however a weekday would be preferred so that GDOT personnel can be present if a old phone line Total Items in Auction: 1 Property AS IS WHERE IS.
