MSI 4-Room Office and Secure Storage Trailer with Climate Control

Full Description

This semi-tractor trailer has 2 separate offices and 2 separate storage rooms. There are three locking entrance/exit doors with keys. Each doorway comes with easy to assemble stairs which are conveniently stored in three of the six storage compartments under the office space. The trailer is equipped with 127,000 btu ECU that is ducted throughout the trailer. (The ECU has not been operated since obtaining the unit 18 months ago, therefore we cannot confirm operation and/or if it needs refrigerant). Both offices are equipped with latching heavy-duty desktops, drawers and cabinets. The high-security storage room was previously a weapons storage room equipped with three heavy duty steel safes. Two of the safes open and close, one safe is locked open. The safes will need a special key available through a locksmith to change or reset their combination locks. The larger storage room is equipped with heavy duty shelves and a flammables safety cabinet. The tires are in good condition and worked well 18 months ago during transport from Ohio to Texas. The interior is wired with lighting and electrical outlets to a 200 amp service. Overall this unit is in very good condition, with no leaks or structural issues, it can make a great portable or permanent office/storage building.
