Packaging Requirements: Items are loose and not palletized or boxed, you will need to bring your own method for packaging. Loading Responsibility: The transferee/buyer is responsible for pickup, packing, shipping, transporting, loading, or harnessing of property. The agency and its contractors shall not be responsible for any damages to vehicles or trailers during the pickup and loading of this equipment.
