This lot contains (2 EA) Nihon Kohden Life Scope Bedside Patient Monitors. Each unit includes an attached portable/transport monitor module. The equipment is classified in used condition. The units were previously used for training purposes only and are being removed from service. The successful bidder must submit the attached Medical Device Statement of Intent to helen.thach@gsa.gov before payment can be processed. Please note that the contract will not be awarded until this document is received. Key Features Each monitor includes an integrated portable/transport monitor module. Units feature LCD display screens for patient monitoring. Equipment includes connecting cables and power cords. Monitors have control panels with multiple function buttons. Condition & Markings This lot is in used condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. Equipment shows visible signs of routine wear consistent with training use. Power-on functionality was not formally tested at time of removal. No calibration, biomed certification, or clinical readiness is implied. Units are sold strictly as-is with no guarantees regarding performance, accuracy, or completeness. Both monitors display "FOR TRAINING ONLY" labels on the front panels. Various manufacturer labels and identification tags are visible on the units. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance.
