All furnishings are in "as is" condition. Buyer must tear down, unmount and move with no assistance from the State. The buyer will be responsible for loading all items at the location and will provide all necessary packing items and equipment to move the surplus from the 1st and/or 2nd floors of 200 E. Grand. This building has an elevator and loading area for your use. Pick up date: Pick up between Sept 14 - Sept 18, 2026. Scheduling of an appointment for pickup will be at the seller’s convenience, between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Mon.-Fri.
