"NO Call NO Show" missed appointments are considered an immediate abandonment of items, NO EXCEPTIONS Old refer semi trailer. Has been used as storage for the past 20 years. Last moved to our lot about 3 years ago. (About an hour trip from its last home) Trailer will be cleaned out minus a large metal shelf if we don’t have a way to get it out. Refer unit was removed many years ago and patched with plexiglass window No hose or electric hookups. Brakes were caged for moving No paperwork. Sold as storage box with NO PAPERWORK. No guarantees or warranties on any portion of this trailer. Buyer responsible for moving it out. back door is not original and is held in with boards.
