The Successful Bidder of this lot will be required to sign and date a Medical Statement of Intent and send to melinda.jenkins@gsa.gov prior to remitting full payment and initiating removal. Overview This lot contains one Olympus TC-400 electrosurgical cart equipped with an ESG-400 ultrasonic generator and a USG-400 electrosurgical unit. The equipment was reported to be operational when removed from service and is classified in repairable condition. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian to schedule an appointment. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance.
