Buyer(s) to perform due diligence and investigate and confirm all pertinent and material facts. Bidders are strongly encouraged to schedule an appointment to physically inspect item(s) before placing a bid. All sales are final, there are no guarantees, warranties, or refunds. One Lot of Miscellaneous Apple Computers & Devices - Used This lot includes an approximate total of seventy eight (78) used Apple computers and miscellaneous devices/peripherals. The devices are either obsolete or out of warranty. Some devices may be damaged, missing pieces/parts, have cracked screens, and/ or not functioning. Devices may be "locked" and good for parts only. Computers were used by teachers and students on a daily basis. Buyer is purchasing the computer devices as is, where is. The breakdown is as follows: Computers Apple iMac A1312 - Estimated Qty 2 Apple iMac A1316 - Est Qty 1 Apple iMac A1418 - Estimated Qty 30 (2 known to have Cracked/Chipped Screens) Apple iMac A1419 - Estimated Qty 1 Apple Mac Mini A1347 - Estimated Qty 3 Apple MacBook A1278 - Estimated Qty 3 Apple MacBook A1465 - Estimated Qty 2 Apple MacBook A1466 - Estimated Qty 9 Apple MacBook A1708 - Estimated Qty 26 (3 known to have Cracked/Chipped Screen) Apple TV - Estimated Qty 1 Note: It is unknown if there is a power supply and/ or keyboard or mouse for each device. There are miscellaneous cables, charging blocks, mice, and keyboards included with the lot (keyboards known to have missing keys). Please see attached pictures. All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS". We encourage customers to make an appointment to physically inspect item(s) before placing bid(s). Please Note: All sales are final, and no refund or exchange requests will be accepted. Buyer is responsible for the sales tax and auction fee in addition to the amount of the purchase. Data Destruction Information: Buyer must provide the district with a letter describing what procedures will be taken to certify data destruction on the devices. The letter of data destruction procedures must be submitted and accepted prior to submitting payment. Following the purchase and pick up of items purchased, the Buyer must provide the district with a "Certificate", certifying destruction of data has been completed. The certificate must be provided to the district within 30 days of pick up. Notice of Information to Bidders: The winning bidder is responsible for supplying proper manpower, equipment (i.e., dolly, hand truck, pallet jack, packaging materials, etc.), and appropriate vehicles for pickup. No equipment or manpower will be supplied by the Poway Unified School District. You are required to pick-up all items included in the auction. Buyer must pick up items within 10 business days of winning the auction. Winning bidder must make an appointment, and confirm it, with the auction contact to arrange pick-up date/time. DO NOT come to pick up location without an appointment. You will not receive your items if you do. The school district does not ship items, so we do not accept any pre-paid shipping labels. If you are unable to pick up your auction winnings in person, you may specify a family member or friend to pick up the item(s) for you, or you may hire a courier/freight company to pick up, pack, and ship the item(s) to you. If you require a courier/freight company to pick up your auction winnings, please note that 1) you must reach out to the auction contact and inform them of this before scheduling a pick up, and 2) the school district is unable to put items in boxes, or secure them to pallets, so the courier/freight company you choose must be able to provide these services if needed. It is the responsibility of the bidder to fully understand what it is you are bidding on. So
