ONE LOT OF 10 BARRELS OF SPENT BRASS CONSISTING OF: lead, small arms cartridge casings (once fired) estimated weight 7,112 lbs., .40 S&W, cal, 9mm, .38 SPL cal, .223 cal, (10 Barrels). ** Please Note**: this sale for ammunition component will be sold only to companies licensed to perform manufacturing or remanufacturing processes under the provisions of 18 U.S.C. 923, or other federal laws or regulations, or to companies allowed to purchase ammunition components under local and state laws. Bidders will be required to provide the appropriate license, (if required), and sign a statement of certification prior to finalizing the award contract. The care, handling, storage, shipment, resale, export, or other use of the material hereby purchased. The bidder will hold the government harmless from any or all debts, liabilities, judgments, cost, demands, suits, actions, or other claims of any nature arising from or incident to the handling, use, storage, shipment, resale, export, or other disposition of the items purchased. The successful bidder is responsible for the removal of all property, in accordance with the requirement of the control online sale terms and conditions and the gun act. This license will be required from the successful bidder within 24 hours after the sale closes. This information should be emailed to the attention of Antonio Williams at antonio.williams@gsa.gov. The purchaser will not be allowed to remove this property until the required license and payment has been received. Notice to Bidder: picture(s) may or may not be an actual depiction of the property offered for sale and can only be relied upon as a reasonable representation thereof. Physical inspection of property is encouraged and highly recommended. 48-hour notification is required for inspections and removal. Appropriate vehicles are needed to transport this volume of spent brass. A forklift is available for loading purposes only. Inspection is Monday through Friday 9am to 3pm by appointment only.
