The Successful Bidder of this lot will be required to sign and date a Medical Statement of Intent and send to michelle.etsitty@gsa.gov prior to remitting full payment and initiating removal. Required for Professional Use Intention and/or License Verification. Overview This lot contains ophthalmologic equipment. The equipment is classified in repairable condition. The lot includes multiple ophthalmic instruments that may require repairs and maintenance. Key Features (2) HEINE OMEGA 500 LEDHQ units. (7) LENSOMETERS LM-101 devices. (9) TONO-PEN XL instruments. (8) OPHTHALMIC TONOMETERS, TA01I units. Computer systems have been sanitized. Condition & Markings This lot is in repairable condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. The equipment is usable but may need some repairs. Additional deficiencies are unknown. No additional attachments are included. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays.
