Overview This lot contains (2) Mestek RIT-515A-100-HS outdoor gas-fired unit heaters. The units are classified in salvage condition. Both heaters have been stored outdoors for an extended period and show significant weathering, paint deterioration, peeling, and rust across exterior surfaces. The operational condition is unknown as the units have not been tested or operated in a long time. Condition & Markings This lot is in salvage condition. Parts are missing, and repairs are required. Internal components show dirt, corrosion, and signs of aging. Missing or loose panels on the main cabinet. Internal blower fan and mechanical components are visible but condition is unknown. Gas, electrical, and control systems have not been inspected or verified. Units may be incomplete or inoperable and may require major repair. Units have not been tested and operational status is unknown. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only.
