Items are in various conditions, including new, open box, used, and/or untested. Some fixtures may show signs of wear, cosmetic damage, missing parts, or may require repair. Testing has not been performed unless otherwise stated. Items are sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties or guarantees Quantity and exact models are not guaranteed What is shown on the pallet is what is included This is a bulk pallet sale — no individual items will be separated Local pickup is available. Freight shipping can be arranged at the buyer’s expense. Handling fees may apply if shipping is required. PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING Our office is open Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and is closed on weekends and observed holidays. Inspections and Pick ups are by appointment only. Shipping Disclaimer If shipping is required, DO NOT DECLINE THE SHIPPING OPTION. Shipping and handling charges will be added to the GovDeals invoice within 24 business hours. By paying the invoice for the asset that includes shipping and handling, the bidder acknowledges and agrees to the Terms and Conditions of the auction, including the following: - The address on file with GovDeals will be used as a shipping address without exception . It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the address in their GovDeals account is accurate and up to date prior to submitting payment. No address changes will be accepted after payment is made. - Combined shipping is not available, as each lot is processed and shipped individually to ensure proper handling and accurate tracking. - Buyer-provided shipping labels are not accepted, and customer-arranged freight is not permitted. All shipping is handled exclusively by the seller due to prior issues with third-party arrangements. Payment - All winning lots must be paid in full within five (5) days of the auction’s closing date, and must be picked up or have shipping arranged within ten (10) days of the auction’s closing date. These requirements will be strictly enforced. - If payment is not received by day six (6) following the auction’s closing date, the lot(s) will be canceled, and the bidder’s account will be defaulted. - If the lot(s) are not picked up or shipping is not arranged by day eleven (11) following the auction’s closing date, the lot(s) will be considered ABANDONED and will be re-auctioned without exception, with no refunds issued.
