The unit was photographed layed down and has two access doors as shown in the images. There are two vent fans mounted to the top of the unit but they were not plugged in. The doors have locks but are not locked and a key was not found. Full functionality is not known. In person inspection is required for additional information. Please be aware that per Washington Administrative Code (WAC) 200-360-040 : "No sale shall be invalid due to defects discovered after sale which may have been discovered by a reasonable inspection of the property before sale."
