The unit had just enough power to propel a 300 lb human a short distance as shown in the video. Other functions could not be activated but that could be operator error. A hose was previously disconnected but the cramp was found with the unit. The light on the front of the unit did not work. The batteries were removed and the cables retained. Images shown the original configuration of the cables. The unit is very difficult to roll when not under it's own power but it can be done. A complete inventory of the contents of this pallet was not generated. Full functionality is not known. In person inspection is required for additional information. Please be aware that per Washington Administrative Code (WAC) 200-360-040 : "No sale shall be invalid due to defects discovered after sale which may have been discovered by a reasonable inspection of the property before sale." Asset is sold as is, where is and without warranty. Once the asset is removed from the seller's premises there is no refund of monies previously paid.
