Overview This lot contains (2) patient transfer lifts. The first one is an Arjo Maxi Lift, model KMBB40LU2FUS. The second one is a Medline Transfer Lift, model MDS600EL. The items are classified in repairable condition. Key Features Arjo Maxi Lift designed for patient transfer operations. Medline Transfer Lift provides mobility assistance functionality. Both units are medical equipment designed for patient handling applications. Condition & Markings This lot is in repairable condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. Both patient lifts may require maintenance or component replacement to restore functionality. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. Pick-up hours are from 8:30am - 3:30pm, Monday - Friday (excluding holidays). A receipt is required when on premises in order to verify purchase. All equipment posted from this station such as a Lot, EA, Excess, or Salvage Sale is final. No refunds or equipment exchanges at the point of pickup.
