This lot contains (85) Lithonia Model 2RT5-28T5 MVOLT GEB95S LPM841P light fixtures and (40) Phillips Model 2TG8332-01-UNV light fixtures. All fixtures remain in their original packaging and include fluorescent bulbs as originally supplied by the manufacturer. The fixtures have been stored in a non-climate-controlled garage for approximately 10-12 years. Key Features All fixtures are palletized for convenient handling. Fluorescent bulbs are included with each fixture as originally packaged by the manufacturer. Items are available for both pickup and shipping arrangements. Condition & Markings This lot is in new condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. This item contains hazardous material. The bidder will comply with all applicable Federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, and regulations with respect to the care, handling, storage, shipment, resale, export, or other use of the material hereby purchased. The bidder will hold the United States harmless from indemnify the United States against any or all debts, liabilities, judgments, costs, demands, suits, actions, or other claims of any nature arising from or incident to the handling, use, storage, shipment, resale, export, or other disposition of the items purchased. Operating condition is not guaranteed due to extended storage period. All items remain unopened in original manufacturer packaging. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal.
