The Successful Bidder of this lot will be required to sign and date a Medical Statement of Intent and send to melinda.jenkins@gsa.gov prior to remitting full payment and initiating removal. Overview This lot contains two (2) Reichert Phoropter model 11635 units. The items are in used condition. Both phoropters are reported to be in working order and come in original packaging. Specifications First Unit: Make: Reichert Model: 11635 Serial Number: BF52776 Second Unit: Make: Reichert Model: 11635 Serial Number: BC39741 Key Features Original packaging included with both units. Condition & Markings This lot is in used condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. First phoropter purchased in 1986, second unit purchased in 1983. Both units reported to be in working order by optometrist, though thorough inspection recommended before use. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment.
