Condition: FAIR Pitney Bowes F70D / Relay 7000 Automated Folder & Envelope Inserter Springfield Public Schools is offering for surplus a Pitney Bowes F70D commercial automated document folding and envelope inserting system. This high-volume mail processing system is designed to automatically feed and fold documents and insert them into envelopes. The unit is equipped with multiple document feed trays, envelope feeding system, output/stacking components, and electronic control panel. Condition: Used. This unit was operational and in service when removed and was replaced as part of an equipment upgrade. The District has not extensively tested the unit since removal from service. Cosmetic wear consistent with normal commercial use should be expected. District Asset Number: PB-F70D-01 IMPORTANT: Equipment is sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS , with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied. Prospective bidders are encouraged to inspect the equipment prior to bidding. Removal: Buyer is solely responsible for all labor, equipment, loading, transportation, and associated costs necessary to remove the unit. District staff will not be responsible for loading the equipment. Pickup Requirement: All equipment must be picked up and removed within ten (10) calendar days following the close of the auction. Buyer must coordinate pickup with Springfield Public Schools. Failure to remove the equipment within the required time-frame may result in forfeiture of the item.
