Overview 1- Ruger HP-2 portable floor crane. The crane is classified in repairable condition. The unit is manufactured in July 1992 and features a 4,000 lb lifting capacity. The crane is blue in color and measures approximately 76" long x 34.5" wide x 72" tall. Operating condition is unknown.
