Building specs approximately: 12' x 18' This portable building is being sold and will require full removal except any foundation. All debris must be removed by the buyer and taken to a disposal location. This building must be removed from the location within 14 (fourteen) business days from auction closure, weather permitting. This building is in good shape and could easily be disassembled and repurposed in other locations. The bidder must provide all tools or machinery required for removal of building. The use of a crane is not permitted.
