Overview This lot contains (1) Prime Care Bed Model P903. The item is classified in new condition and remains in its original packaging, never used in the facility. Key Features 600 lbs weight capacity. 7-inch super low height design to help minimize falls. 30-inch high working height for staff. Bed can expand for additional comfort measures. Welded steel construction. Wall bumper to help protect walls and bed from damage. Condition & Markings This lot is in new condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. Item is stored in warehouse in original box. Item is noted as very heavy and requires appropriate vehicle for loading. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday excluding Federal Holidays from 0800-1530, no weekend availability. Bidders must bring an appropriate vehicle to load this item as it is very heavy.
