Chair functions include elevating, lowering, tilting, and rotation capabilities. Upholstered seat, backrest, armrest, and headrest. Pedestal mounted design with footrest. May include IV support systems and tray table. Designed for patient examination and treatment procedures. In-office transport capability for positioning patients among eye exam equipment workstations. Condition & Markings This lot is in used condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. All equipment has exceeded manufacturer life expectancy and replacement dates. Additional deficiencies and repairs may be required beyond those listed. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays.
