Quincy QHD635 Air Dryer System

Description

Used-Quincy QHD635 twin-tower heatless desiccant air dryer system, manufactured in 2022, complete with integrated control cubicle and pre-/post-filtration assemblies. The unit includes two vertical desiccant vessels with top-mounted pressure gauges and manifolded switching valves. The air dryer (serial APF267952) is rated for inlet pressures 411 bar, allowable inlet temperature 150C, and max outlet temperature 55C, and is built in Belgium by International Compressor Distribution N.V. The control cubicle (type 1900 5003 32 ED05, serial 3002383-33) operates on 24V control, supports 115-230V 2-phase supply, and is designed for 50/60 Hz operation with a 2 A rated current. The assembly is skid-mounted.
