Overview (1) Racelogic equipment set. The equipment is classified in usable condition. The lot includes displays, speed sensor, and video boxes with various model numbers specified. Specifications Make: Racelogic Displays: MODEL RLVBDSP02 (3 units) Speed Sensor: MODEL RLVB3SPS (1 unit) Video Boxes: VIDEO VBOX (5 units) Condition & Markings Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. Original factory components may be altered, missing, or inoperable. Deficiencies when known have been indicated in the description, however absence of any indicated deficiencies does not mean that none exists. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. This property is located on a secure facility and admission will not be granted without prior appointment. You must make an appointment to inspect property by contacting Jodi Welch at (937) 666-4511 ext. 256, please reference the item control number on the property listing when making appointment for inspection. Successful bidder must make appointment to pick up property and will be required to pick up all the property listed without government assistance. Must provide 2 business day notice for intentions to retrieve property with appointment time scheduled Monday through Thursday between 8:00am EST to 3:00pm EST. No photos are permitted while on property. Appointment time will be set before you arrive and if you are not present at the agreed upon time (+/- 15 minutes) you will not be permitted on the property. You are required to load your property without assistance from VRTC as no contact pickups are required to ensure the safety of staff. There will be no building access.
