Retired police car-2017 Ford Interceptor

Vehicle is a retired police car. All police equipment including rear seat/cage has been removed from the vehicle. The rear cargo storage box was left in the vehicle. There are many dents and scratches due to police wear and tear. There is also some adhesive on the body of the vehicle from the decal and vinyl wrap removal. Vehicle does start and run. There are a few things worth noting that I observed while driving the vehicle. There is a noise on start up of the vehicle, that sounds like a belt. Sound disappears after a few seconds. The front end of the vehicle is also clunky while turning and going over bumps. These issues were only observations, they are undiagnosed so I do not have any repair recommendations. Vehicle did receive regular maintenance service every 3,000 miles.
