**Send message or email with questions, please do not call** Casings collected from County shooting range. Sorted only by range type (rifle or pistol). No information is available regarding the amount of casings by material, or estimate on how much is brass, steel or other material. Collection barrels are NOT included in sale, UNLESS buyer delivers a minimum of eight replacement barrels prior to or at the time of pickup, suitable for use (all must be 55-gallon). Suitability for use will be at the sole determination of Indian River County. Barrels with unstable bases or holes in the bottom or sides are not suitable for use. Buyer is responsible for all preparations and transportation of the scrap, which must be removed in its entirety. Sorting cannot take place at our facility. There is no hand truck or forklift available for buyer or shipper use, and County staff is not available to assist in loading. It is recommended a minimum of two individuals be sent for pickup. No weight estimate is available. Out of state tax exemption will only be accepted if buyer is having a third party pick up and ship the items. Tax exempt certificate and third party shipper information will be required prior to modification of sale to tax exempt. Pickup may occur during the hours of 9:30 am - 3 pm Thursday through Monday and must be scheduled in advance. The Range is Closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. The following quantities of casings will be sold: 3 – 55 gallon barrels from rifle range 4 – 55 gallon barrels from pistol range **DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY OTHER BARRELS, PARTIAL BARRELS, OR ITEMS SHOWN IN THE BACKGROUND OF PICTURES.
