Please note that while the motor and components are in working condition, one of the vertical posts features a significantly bent/damaged channel that will require repair or replacement prior to safe operation. Rolling jacks sold separately. Manufacturer: Rotary Lift (A Dover Company) Model: SM14N001 Serial Number: KFA12D0025 Capacity: 14,000 lbs. Power Unit Spec: GHS Power Unit, Part # FA7147 | 2 HP | 208-230 Volts | 17-16 Amps | 1 PH | 60 HZ Certification: ANSI/ALI ALCTV-2006 Certified Condition: Working condition overall (motor runs and cables engage), BUT sold AS-IS due to structural damage. As pictured in the photo gallery, one of the blue vertical structural posts has a severely bent/damaged steel channel slide. This lift should be inspected by a certified lift inspector and repaired/rebuilt before being put into service. Removal Note: Buyer is solely responsible for all labor, tools, and equipment required for the safe disassembly, loading, and removal of this unit from the facility PRIOR to July 4, 2026.
