Supply / Exhaust fan assemblies, contros, lighting, associated ductwork, and existing fire suppression components. Saico paint mixing room- Model: S-IV paint mixing room. associated ventilation controls, lighting, and related components. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect equipment prior to bidding. The equipment is sold as-is, with all faults. the main automotive paint doors are missing and are not included in the sale. operation condition of the booth, mixing room, fans, burner, controls, fire suppression, and other components are not guaranteed. Bidders are encouraged to inspect and verify dimensions, condition, and removal requirements prior to biding. The units are used and may have other damage, defects, or problems that are not immediately detectable. What you see in the pictures is all that we have for the unit. Miami-Dade County strongly recommended physical inspection of the items. We do not know the condition of the unit. The successful bidder shall be responsible for the complete disassembly, removal loading and transportation of the items. All work and associated costs shall be the bidder's sole responsibility. No help will be provided. Any changes to the conditions set forth here or in the removal obligations must be in writing and signed by a representative of MDFR.
