Used sailboats, trailer, and associated sailing equipment are being offered for sale as one lot. The manufacturer, model, year, specifications, and operational condition of the sailboats and trailer are unknown. The sailboats have not been assembled, inspected, or tested for this auction. The university makes no representation regarding the seaworthiness, completeness, or operational condition of the sailboats. Based on the items currently stored with the sailboats, the lot includes multiple mast/pole components and assorted sailing-related equipment. The completeness and condition of these components are unknown. Bidders should inspect the lot prior to bidding to determine exactly what parts and equipment are present. The single-axle trailer shows signs of age, outdoor storage, weather exposure, rust/corrosion, and general wear. The trailer has not been inspected or tested for roadworthiness. Tires, bearings, lights, wiring, hitch components, and other mechanical components should be considered condition unknown.
