Express Scale Parts Model GB-32 scale with hopper, with a 115-pound capacity. The scale is operational and is currently used to weigh 50-pound quantities of feed into sacks. Also included is a 12-foot Universal Elevator constructed of carbon steel and equipped with a bucket belt. The elevator is operational and is currently used to lift feed from the mixer into the scale hopper. Based on the available specification sheet, it is believed to have a capacity of 220 CFH; however, this specification has not been independently verified. The equipment is located at the MSU Poultry Research Facility Feed Mill, 245 Poultry Unit Road, Starkville, MS 39759. For more information, contact Dylan Stephens at 662-519-9693.
