Old Field House (900 Building) Large 2 story wooden building on a concrete foundation with a basement This auction is for the building only! Land is not included and the building needs to be completely removed to ground level. Metal fencing not included. All disassembly and removal work must be performed by a properly licensed and insured contractor. Buyer may not perform removal personally unless they meet contractor licensing requirements applicable to this work. Prior to approval of sale, the buyer must provide: • Proof of applicable contractor licensing, and • Proof of General Liability Insurance with minimum coverage of $1,000,000, naming the seller as an additional insured. All documentation must be submitted and approved before site access will be granted. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in forfeiture of the item and any fees paid, at the seller’s discretion. Please see attachments for more details. • Winning bidder must obtain removal and/or demolition permit from the City of Fredericksburg. BUILDING MUST BE REMOVED BY JUNE 30TH.
