Specifically, the following information is required on the Certificate of Liability Insurance Acord 25 Form as requested by our General Counsel: Ohio Turnpike and Infrastructure Commission is to be named as an additional insured. • Ohio Turnpike and Infrastructure Commission is to be named as the certificate holder. • The certificate should note that the policies are primary and non-contributory. • $2 million commercial general liability. • $1 million automobile liability.
