This aircraft has been used for extensive ground instruction/training courses (static display). -No data plate -No record -No Aircraft Bill of Sale (AC-Form: 8050-2) THE CONDITION OF THE PROPERTY IS "AS IS" CONDITION. The removal time frame will be extended so that the End Use Certificate DLA form can be completed by the winning bidder and must be approved by the Department of Defense before the aircraft shall be released to the winning bidder. The End Use Certificate form is located on the "Documents" Section below. ****WARNING TO BIDDER: The current EUC assessment timeframe is roughly 60-90 days but could move in either direction. Payment is due within five (5) business days after the End Use Certificate receives approval. The Government shall not be liable for personal injuries to, disabilities of, or death of any persons arising from or incidental to the inspection, purchase, removal, use or disposition of this aircraft. The successful bidder shall hold the Government harmless from any or all debts, liabilities, judgments, costs, demands, suits, actions, or claims of any nature arising from or incidental to inspection, purchase, use, or resale of this item. The bidder will comply with all applicable Federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, and regulations with respect to the care, handling, storage, shipment, resale, export, or other use of the material hereby purchased. The bidder will hold the United States harmless from and indemnify the United States against any or all debts, liabilities, judgments, costs, demands, suits, actions, or other claims of any nature arising from or incident to the handling, use, storage, shipment, resale, export, or other disposition of the items purchased. Successful bidder shall have 30 calendar days from date of the Paid Purchaser's receipt to remove the property. The Government shall not be liable for personal injuries to, disabilities of, or death of any persons arising from or incidental to the inspection, purchase, removal, use or disposition of this aircraft.
