This is a Servo Hydraulic Test Stand, which is an electronic device for creating large amounts of pressure and force to test the integrity, structure, and condition of various industrial products. It is used and appears to be in fair condition. The retiring department did note that this item is operational, but has not been tested by Surplus and functionality can not be guaranteed. May be for parts and repairs only. Items are sold as is. Please see pictures for more details. This item is not in Toledo, Ohio. Pick-up will be off-site, and will be scheduled with Surplus. Please contact Surplus for more details. All assets are sold as is, where is and without warranty. Once any asset is removed from the seller's premises there is no refund of monies previously paid. Assets may be inspected during normal business hours. Winning bidders are responsible for arranging asset pickup and transportation (Item pick up at bay 24). Inspections can be made only under appointment and prior approval. We do not deliver any assets whatsoever, and are unable to provide any containment such as boxes, crates, straps, etc. Normal business hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 3pm. No appointments will be accepted on the third Tuesday of each month, due to the public sale. Appointments for removal of items must be made at least one business day in advance.
