Overview This lot contains (7) shower commode chairs. The lot includes (4) shower chairs, (2) wheelchair shower chairs, and (1) bariatric shower chair. The chairs are of mixed models with white plastic-frame and silver/grey metal-frame construction. Some chairs show signs of use and have missing or detached components. Key Features Mixed models include white plastic-frame chairs with footrests and silver/grey metal-frame chairs with casters. Chairs feature sling-style fabric seats and various wheel configurations. One bariatric model designed for higher weight capacity. Condition & Markings This lot is in used condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. Some chairs have missing armrests. Detached wheel assemblies are present but not installed on some units. Visible wear includes scuffs and discoloration from use. All chairs appear structurally intact with no crushing or bending damage. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. This facility does not prepare any sales for shipping or assist with loading.
