Unit 1 (Unit A) Cummins QSK60-G6 Serial Number: 6113-161 422.8 Engine runtime hours Unit 2 (Unit B) Cummins QSK60-G6 Seral Number: 6113-157 252.5 Engine runtime hours Unit 3 (Unit C) Cummins QSK60-G6 Serial Number: 6113-174 410.4 Engine runtime hours Associated electrical equipment: Cummins PowerCommand switchgear, Model PCUL3003R-683D, Serial No. C120316496 (a shared four-section switchgear lineup serving all three units), together with related controls and connectors as described in the technical appendix. Runtime hours are as reported in the RAW POWER Generator Services annual inspection of March 10–11, 2026, and are provided for informational purposes only. The Equipment is used and has known condition issues. The following disclosures are based on the on-site RAW POWER Generator Services inspection of March 10-11, 2026, and the Blackstone Laboratories diesel fuel analysis (sampled March 11, 2026; reported March 23, 2026). These disclosures supersede any condition assessment in the desktop appraisal that relied on photographs. Prospective bidders are urged to inspect the Equipment and to rely on their investigation. Unit 1 (Unit A): Annual inspection performed. Fuel tank shows signs of rust. No other deficiencies noted. Unit 2 (Unit B): Annual service performed. Corrosion from a previously exploded battery set; corrosion on the outer radiator cap; requires a new 16-lb radiator cap; batteries replaced; fuel tank shows rust; battery charger requires replacement (charging at 33V / 15.2A, an overvoltage condition). Per the fuel analysis, Unit B’s fuel should not be used until filtered to remove visible debris. Unit 3 (Unit C): Annual service and oil analysis performed. Radiator contaminated with corrosion; exhaust collector split due to back pressure from a clogged exhaust filter; radiator clogged; one 16-lb radiator cap failed; battery charger failed to charge newly replaced batteries; frame corrosion from a prior battery explosion; fuel tank requires rust remediation. Fuel analysis (all units): No water or antifreeze contamination detected; specific gravity and flashpoint consistent with normal diesel fuel.
