Overview This lot contains (2) MEP802A 5kw skid mounted diesel generators. One generator was manufactured by Fermont in April 2010, and the other was manufactured by Libby Corp. in June 1994. The generators are classified in repairable condition. Each generator measures 50.5" L x 32" W x 37" H and weighs approximately 800 pounds. Each unit includes electrical connection terminals with L2, TB2, L3, GND, and N connections. Generators are equipped with storage compartments and access panels for maintenance. Units include master switches for prime and run operations with auxiliary fuel controls. Condition & Markings This lot is in repairable condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. Operating condition of the generators is unknown. Both units show visible wear and weathering on exterior surfaces. The Fermont generator displays tan/beige coloring while the Libby Corp generator shows green military-style camouflage paint. Various military markings and identification plates are visible on both units. Some surface rust and paint deterioration is evident on both generators. Access panels and covers appear intact but show signs of use. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. Onsite inspection is highly encouraged, inspection times are 8am-3pm CST. The winning bidder must contact the property custodian to make an appointment for property removals as other documents beyond GSA purchasers' receipt are required.
