Overview SLT/YAG laser manufactured by Ellex Inc, model TANGO. This lot is in used condition. Condition & Markings This lot is in used condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. Unit was working when removed from service. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available 8:00am-3:30pm CST, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on weekends and holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchasers receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. Additional Information: Items must be removed within 10 days of winning bid. MEDICAL DEVICES STATEMENT: The Successful Bidder of this lot will be required to sign and date a Medical Statement of Intent and send to melinda.jenkins@gsa.gov prior to remitting full payment and initiating removal.
