Neither the Town of Canton, Liquidity Services, nor MTC Fleet Group or any agents thereof are liable for any damage occurring during the pickup and transport of the item after pickup by buyer, buyer’s agent, or third party has begun. Item must be picked up within 10 days of auction end. Items remaining after 30 days will be considered abandoned and resold.
