Overview So-Lo freezer used in research lab. This lot is in repairable condition. Condition & Markings This lot is in repairable condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday from 8AM-3:30pm, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchasers receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. Additional Information: The successful bidder must ensure that they have the resources, equipment and personnel to remove the goods purchased. Please ensure that you have a vehicle at least 3FT tall to upload items from the dock to your trailer. The successful bidder will be totally responsible for moving items from the dock to their vehicle. The entire lot is expected to be removed on the day of pick up.
