Overview This lot contains (1) Spectranetics CVX-300 Excimer Laser. The item is classified in used condition. The laser appears to be a complete unit, though the company may no longer service this particular model. Specifications Make: Spectranetics Model: CVX-300 Condition & Markings This lot is in used condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. Known deficiencies have been indicated in the property descriptions, however absence of any indicated deficiencies does not mean that none exists. The company may no longer service this particular model. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. Inspection is highly recommended prior to bidding. Signed purchase receipt is required prior to removal and removal is by appointment only. A warehouse dock is available for use between 0700-1500 central standard time. The successful bidder of this lot will be required to sign and date a Medical Statement of Intent and send to christopher.n.smith@gsa.gov prior to remitting full payment and initiating removal.
