Sports Art Fitness T650 Treadmill - Cord is Broken

The existing SportsArt Fitness T650 Treadmill, Serial Number: 0228270, is currently located in the Essex County College Fitness Center. The treadmill was previously utilized extensively by the Essex County College Athletics Department, as well as students, faculty, and staff, to support fitness, athletic conditioning, instructional activities, and wellness programs throughout the academic year. The unit is currently non-operational due to a damaged power cord. Due to the age of the treadmill and the anticipated costs associated with repair and continued maintenance, it was determined that repairing the unit was not the most practical option at this time. While the treadmill may be capable of returning to service if the power cord is replaced, the College has elected not to proceed with repairs due to the equipment's age and the need to transition to newer, more reliable cardiovascular equipment.
