If there is a third party picking up the item (s), the third party must also sign the Removal Terms and Conditions Release of Liability as Buyer s Agent prior to loading the item (s). If the winning bidder does not complete the Removal Terms and Conditions Release of Liability during the requested time, any payment made can be refunded and the auction can be awarded to the next highest bidder or relisted. If the Buyer s Agent refuses to sign the Removal Terms and Conditions Release of Liability, the item (s) will not be released.
