Stay The Trail Trailer Toy hauler VIN: 5HRFF28235C008675 35’ long with a 15’ long toy box with a 4’ tongue (approximate measurements) Axles: 2 (5000 pound) Tire size/condition Overall condition: poor Known issues: Seam rupture front left corner, front top with associated water damage and wood rot. This may make the trailer unfit for travel at highway speeds. Stabilization of the front end may be required prior to moving. Suspect that the tires are also out of date. Battery missing, LP tanks missing, AC cover missing, microwave missing. History: This trailer was used by a non profit to travel the state and attend OHV events as part of a public outreach campaign. It was outfitted with brochure racks in the toy hauler area and acted like a portable visitor center. As a part of the outreach campaign, the camper system was used most weekends during its service life. It was decided that the trailer was too big for a lot of the venues and events it was going to and the decision was made to downsize. After that it was returned to the state and parked for several years in the SW Denver metro area. It was used intermittently for office and storage space. Features: Standard toy hauler configuration with 15’ toy section, had fold down bed/dinette sections. Gas 3 burner range/oven, sink fridge/freezer, RV toilet, shower, sink, heat, AC, queen bed (mattress removed), built in storage, pass through exterior accessed storage under bed, fuel storage/dispenser system for toys, etc. Trailer has been sitting for so long that it is uncertain if any systems still function. Thorough inspection and repair work is strongly advised before hooking up to any utilities. Most systems are missing parts, covers and/or are no longer sealed (open gas/water lines etc.). Brake condition unknown, last bearing service was 6+ years ago. Frame, hitch and suspension appear OK, but should be inspected prior to moving. This is a used and untested piece of property. Units may contain defects not immediately detectable or known about. Bidders are highly encouraged to inspect prior to bidding. No warranties or guarantees. Sold “As is where is”.
