STOCKPILED AGGREGATE, MILLINGS, TOPSOIL, AND MULCH MATERIALS Stockpiled Aggregate, River Gravel, Millings, Crushed Concrete, Structural Fill, Topsoil & Compost Mulch – Approx. 28,614 Tons + 2,473 CY (One Lot) One Lot – Approx. 28,614 Tons and 2,473 Cubic Yards Item Description This auction consists of one (1) lot of various stockpiled construction and landscaping materials. Materials are being sold as a single lot and must be purchased together. Quantities are approximate and are provided for informational purposes only. No warranty is expressed or implied regarding actual quantities, quality, condition, or suitability for any particular use. The successful buyer shall be responsible for loading, hauling, and removing all materials using the buyer's own labor, trucks, and equipment. Seller will provide no loading assistance, equipment, personnel, or transportation services. Materials are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS." Quantities are estimates and may vary. Inspection is strongly encouraged prior to bidding. Removal Requirements Buyer is responsible for all loading, handling, transportation, permits, traffic control, and site restoration associated with material removal. Buyer must furnish all equipment and personnel necessary for removal. Seller will not provide loaders, excavators, operators, trucks, fuel, or any other assistance. Removal shall be completed within the timeframe established by the seller. Buyer must coordinate removal with the seller prior to mobilization. Auction Terms Materials are offered as one lot only. No partial sales. All sales are final. Payment must be received prior to removal. Successful bidder assumes all responsibility and liability associated with loading and transporting the materials. Important Notice The quantities provided are approximate stockpile estimates. Actual quantities may be greater or less than stated. By bidding, the bidder acknowledges that they have had the opportunity to inspect the materials and accepts all materials in their existing condition.
