Any questions must be asked online so everyone can see question and response. We will not respond to phone calls or direct emails. Sold as is where is. Any packing or shipping needed is the responsibility of the buyer we do not offer ANY packing or shipping assistance. Pickup and payment of the item(s) is expected in the normal time frame unless otherwise noted in the posting but pickups MUST be done by appointment and very limited loading assistance is available. Appointment times will vary from 30 minutes depending on the size of the lot and number of lots to be picked up. We offer 30 minute appointment times Monday through Friday from 8-11 and 12:30-3:30. All pickups must be done in a single appointment. Buyer agrees to follow any and all State/ Local /Federal exportation laws. If the seller has any reason to believe that these are not being followed, the sale may be terminated
