The item is in used condition. Patient platform includes multiple adjustable mattress sections designed for routine patient transport. Unit displays wear consistent with extended clinical use including scuffs, scratches, and mild surface abrasion. Mechanical adjustments operate as expected. Braking system does not fully engage and may require maintenance prior to reuse. No electrical components included.
