WE DO NOT SHIP OR ASSIST WITH SHIPPING, THIS INCLUDES PACKING AND/OR MAILING PRE-PAID BOXES. NO EXCEPTIONS . All Auctions must be paid to Public Surplus by either Wire Transfer or Credit Card. We are NOT able to accept cash. Sub Pump (water) A Buyers Premium of 10.5% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid. PAYMENT FOR ALL AUCTIONS MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN FIVE (5) BUSINESS DAYS AFTER NOTICE OF AWARD. IF PAYMENT HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED WITHIN THOSE 5 BUSINESS DAYS THE ITEM(S) WILL BE RELISTED AND YOU WILL BE MARKED AS HAVING DEFAULTED ON THE AUCTION AND WE WILL BLOCK YOU FROM FUTURE AUCTIONS. Pick-up must occur within (10) business days after award notice. Items not picked up within this time frame will be considered abandoned property and we will do with it as we see fit. No refunds will be given. ** Be advised that these items have been previously used and may contain defects. Be also advised that the buyer is solely responsible for ALL loading, shipping, transporting, coordinating payments & pick-ups with our municipality within the proper time frame, no exceptions, terms and conditions are strictly enforced. Please bring sufficient equipment, tools and manpower to assist with your removal of your asset. Our municipality does not assist with any loading of any form. In the event of a third party (non-buyer listed) picking up your items on your behalf, please send an email giving your consent and authorization to allow the third party to remove your items from the premises on your behalf.
